I, Dr. Pamila Dembla have been in the Computer Science and Information Systems Department of Kennesaw State University since January 2006. Prior to this, I have completed my Bachelor's in Engineering ( Electrical) and Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from the University of Mumbai ( India) and PhD (Business Management) from University of Memphis, Tennessee.

Currently, I am the program coordinator of the Information Systems Program at Kennesaw State University. We have a new Information Systems program and are in our self study year for ABET reaccreditation.

My research interests include global Information technology innoation adoption and information systems Education. I have an NSF grant ( total approximately 900,000$) with Georgia Tech and five universities to implement the Threads model at Kennesaw State University.
