I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on April 21, 1959. At the age of seven I moved to Baton Rouge, Lousiana where I lived for the next four years (my dad taught Urban Planning at LSU). I lived three more years in Miami, Florida before returning to Brazil. I have visited nearly every state in Brazil and the United States for either business or tourism.
I am married and we have three kids. They are the projects that I am most proud of.
I enjoy nearly all types of sports. In high-school and college I competed in Basketball, Tennis, Chess, Handball, Triatlon, Long Distance Running, Rugby and Football.
