We will have college vans available to shuttle people from the airport to Carroll, and visa versa when they leave. If the participants would email John Scharf (jscharf@carroll.edu) their arrival time we will have someone there (either me or Mary Keeffe) to pick them up. There are only a few flights in and out of Helena and so it is likely that several participants and presenters will be arriving at each flight arrival time.
Otherwise, to get from the airport to Carroll, you can call for a taxi at 449-5525, or if you have a rental car, the person at the rental car agency can give directions. The college is 2-3 miles from the airport. The dormitory at Carroll is Borromeo (pronounced Borromayo) Hall. It is on the south end of the campus. The front door will be open and there will be someone at the front desk for check in.
The weather at this time of year in Montana can be quite variable. The average daytime high is about 75 degrees and the average night time low isabout 45 degrees. Because it is dry here, it always cools off at night regardless of the daytime high. I would advise bringing clothes for cool as well as for warm weather. Afternoon and evening thundershowers are also quite common, but they are usually brief.

company) to Helena.
