- [5/2/09] All assignments and labs that have been turned in are graded. You will have received an e-mail from me for each one telling you the grade and including comments. The scores are now uploaded to WebCT-Vista. The lowest two lab scores have been dropped in computing the average. The only change in computing your final average will be to adjust the weights to include the final exam score.
- [5/1/09] Reminder: the final exam is at 12:30 on 5/4 for the Monday-Wednesday class and at 3:30 on 5/5 for the Tuesday-Thursday class. The exam will have heavy emphasis on chapter 11.

- [4/2/09] There will be no class or lab Thursday, April 2, 2009 I apologize for this cancellation. However, a good friend died earlier this week and the memorial service is during our class time.
- [3/29/09] You will need to bring earphones or earbuds to lab. Otherwise, you won't be able to hear the sounds you will be working with in the next few chapters.

The 'Midterm' is a weighted average computed similarly to the
way used for the final average:

please turn in whatever you figured out from the Tuesday lab.
I am redoing parts of that lab for tomorrow and could use the
data about how far you got.

- [2/13/09] The test is graded for both sections. Scores for the test and for labs and the assignment have been uploaded to WebCT-Vista. Column 'T1' is the test score. Columns labelled with an L, as in L0112, are labs. Column A01 is the assignment. Please check scores for accuracy.
