  • [12/4/08] The solutions to the spreadsheet quiz on 10/8 have been uploaded to WebCT-Vista.
  • [11/24/08] Copies of quizzes are posted in WebCT-Vista. The documents include the correct responses.
  • [11/19/08] Assignment #8 and Assignment #9 are posted. These are the last assignments.
  • [11/18/08] If you wish to supplement your score on the midterm test, please contact me for details.
  • [11/6/08 The timetable has been updated to show that we will begin studying HTML next week.

  • [10/17/08] An error in the timetable has been corrected. The Final exam is Wednesday, 12/10/08 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I regret the error, but we must conform to the official schedule: Exam Schedule

  • [10/13/08] IT in Practice: On October 22, Merle King, Director of the Election Center for the State of Georgia, will speak to our class. The Election Center certifies and programs all the voting machines in Georgia. Here is a chance to find out how the election system works,
  • [10/13/08] Because of several students had registration difficulties during the first weeks of the semester, an in-class makeup assignment is provided. This is available to anyone who missed one or more of the in-class activities at the beginning of the semester. The grade from this complete assignment can be used to replace any of the first three in-class assignments that were missed.

  • [10/9/08] Scores for the assignment due 10/8 has been posted to WebCT-Vista. Those assignments due 10/12 that have been completely submitted have also been posted. The grade book will be updated day by day as the 10/12 assignment comes in.

  • [9/25/08] I've started adding questions to past slide files. Keep an eye on the dates of the files in the slide folder
  • [9/23/08] Grades updated on WebCT-Vista. Solutions to the quiz from 9/22/08 are posted also.
  • [9/20/08] Midterm exam will be in class on 10/1/08. The test will cover through chapter 6 of the text. Please review the text, guided by the slides which will point out the important points.
